About the Facilitators- Akashdeep & Shreya

Akashdeep Baruah

Originally from Jorhat, Assam, Akashdeep is living proof that some stereotypes are true—this Assamese has an exceptional ear for music. He has been playing the guitar since he was 12, bass since 15, and occasionally singing since 18.

A journalist-turned-communications professional based in Noida with over a decade of professional experience, Akashdeep has always found his home in music.

He had formed a metal band back in Assam and continues to explore different genres through his musical alter ego with the Alter Ego Community. From millennial anthems to timeless retro classics, his playlist is rooted in nostalgia.

He loves covering millennial era hits and retro classics, and KK, Kishore Kumar, Lucky Ali, and Atif Aslam are his biggest musical influences. At Beete Lamhein, Akashdeep will curate the evening's live acoustic playlist, take your farmaish, and create a musical space where memories can gently surface, stories can be shared, and emotions can find a voice.

Shreya Chaturvedi

Shreya Chaturvedi is the Founder of the Alter Ego Community and the creator of the 10-Step Alter Ego Framework, a system focused on identity redesign for sustainable behaviour change. Shreya holds a BTech in Computer Science, an MBA in Marketing, and is trained in Sports Psychology. She also brings 12 years of corporate experience in IT, Marketing, and Branding, and Performance Psychology for Indian National Sports Teams. Shreya designs experiences that help people explore emotions, identity, relationships, and personal growth through curiosity, creativity, and community conversations.

For Beete Lamhein, Shreya will facilitate the reflection circle, gently guiding participants through stories, music, and evidence-informed practices that honour grief, celebrate remembrance, and help people leave feeling a little lighter.
