Cancellation and Refund Policies

Cancellation Time

  • No Refund or Cancellation within 48 Hours: Once your spot is booked, we understand that plans may change. However, cancellations and refunds are not possible within 48 hours of the event start time.

  • Free Cancellation Anytime Before 48 Hours: You are free to cancel your booking and receive a full refund if done 48 hours or more before the scheduled event. 

  •  Refund processing timeline of 3-4 working days will apply.

  • By booking a spot for our events, you acknowledge and accept the refund processing time outlined in this policy.

Transferring Your Spot

If you can't make it to an event, you have the option to transfer your spot to another community member. Please notify us in advance with the details of the person taking your place.

Refund on Donations

Donation Policy:

  • We appreciate your generosity in supporting our community through donations.

  • Donations made are non-refundable.

Refund on event Bookings

We understand that circumstances may arise that lead to the cancellation of your booking. To provide transparency and clarity, we'd like to outline the refund processing time for cancellations made within the specified period:

  1. Refund Timeline:
    • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 3-4 working days from the date of cancellation request.

  2. Working Days:
    • Please note that our working days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Refund processing time may be extended during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  3. Notification of Refund:
    • Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a notification via email confirming the refund transaction. Please allow a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment method.
