First Love Yourself

Program Brief:

Discovering your best potential and being more self-aware need not require quitting on the worldly pleasures of life. Prioritizing our own good and falling in love with ourselves is a lifelong practice which is not supposed to come at the cost of our responsibilities, duties and dreams. This unique workshop helps you integrate self-awareness practices into our regular routines in a fun and interactive way.

Other details:

1. We shall start at 12.pm sharp. So kindly be on time.

2. Slots are allocated on first come first serve basis.

3. Water and tea/coffee will be provided. Any/all props like worksheets, pen, etc needed for the activities will be provided.

4. The power and motivation for this journey comes from the community. Each member also has a responsibility towards others of the group :

• celebrating every progress and milestone
• questioning and breaking limiting beliefs
• providing a safe non-judgemental space for everyone
• helping each other with our own experiences, perspectives, and coping mechanisms.

5. Barring special cases with prior information, individuals below 16 are not allowed. No other age restrictions.
