• Interactive Session where participants will reflect on their current career path and life goals. What does growth mean to them? What are they hoping to achieve through Jagriti?

Volunteering and Career Development Path (20 mins)

• Aligning Career Goals with Causes: Participants will identify and align their career interests with volunteering opportunities. This could include roles like teaching, community outreach, project management, market research, etc.

Hands-on Volunteering (1.5 hour)

Practical session where participants will engage in their chosen volunteering roles at local NGOs or slums, applying the concepts and skills discussed in the event.

Reflection & Next Steps (30 mins)

• Reflect on the experience, share insights, and discuss the recommended next steps to carry forward your initiatives by next set of JAGRITI participants.

• Reflect on personal growth and the next milestones in your Alter Ego Journey to Extraordinary.
