About the experience
Start your Janmashtami with purpose.
We invite you to a sacred morning of inner stillness, spiritual dialogue, and personal reflection — guided by timeless teachings from the Bhagavad Gita.
Morning Flow:
🕓 4:30 AM – Mangala Aarti: At ISKCON, East of Kailash. Soak in the divine energy through devotional chants, darshan, and the festive aura of Janmashtami.
🧘🏽 6:00 AM – Guided Meditation: A short silence circle to settle in after the aarti, preparing for deeper inner reflection.
🍃 7:30 AM – Satvik Breakfast at Govinda’s: Enjoy a light, phalahar-friendly meal at Govinda’s — ideal for those fasting.
📖 8:15 AM – Gita Book Circle: In a quiet corner at ISKCON, we gather to explore selected verses from the Bhagavad Gita.
With discussion, journaling, and reflections on dharma, detachment, and consciousness using Alter Ego Framework.
We then use the Alter Ego framework to translate these insights into action — exploring how Krishna’s teachings can help us take ownership, lead with clarity, and embody our inner dharma in today’s world.
This is not just about reading the Gita — it’s about living it.
