Many women experience these changes during perimenopause and menopause. Yet very few spaces talk about it openly.


Pause for Menopause is a 2-hour wellness session designed for midlife women(40 and above) to understand these changes and learn how to work with them.

The session includes gentle movement, breathing practices, reflection, and practical conversation about midlife health.

What We Will Do

🧘 Yoga for Midlife Women

Gentle beginner-friendly yoga to support strength, mobility, and hormonal balance.

🌬 Breathwork for Stress Relief

Simple breathing practices to calm the nervous system.

📓 Creative Reflection & Journaling

Alter Ego–style collaborative activities and guided reflection on identity, habits, and relationship with health.

💬 Understanding Perimenopause & Menopause

Clear conversation about symptoms, myths, and lifestyle support.

Who This Event Is For

This event is designed for women who:

• Are in their late 40s, 50s, or 60s

• Are experiencing perimenopause or menopause

• Notice changes in sleep, mood, energy, or weight

• Want to understand their body better

No yoga experience is required.

Meet the Facilitator

Priyanka Pahwa

Priyanka Pahwa is a yoga and wellness practitioner with 20+ years of yoga experience. She specializes in supporting women during perimenopause and menopause. Her approach combines yoga, breathwork, and mindful movement to help women improve mobility, reduce stress, and build strength during midlife.

Her belief is:

Midlife is not a decline — it is a recalibration.
