About the experience

About the Workshop

Release with Movement & Theatre is an expressive, playful, body-based workshop that helps you gently let go, reset, reconnect, and rediscover the freedom of movement and theatre.

This is not a performance class.

This is a space to breathe, soften, play, and reconnect with the joy of being seen and understood.

You need zero dance or acting experience.

Just curiosity.

What to Expect (Brief Flow)

 1. Arrival in the Body

Gentle walking, sensing, and connection exercises to settle the nervous system.

2. Warm-up Games & Belonging Exercises

Light, playful activities to help participants loosen up and get comfortable with each other.

3. Movement & Improvisation

Partner and group activities involving mirroring, spontaneity, and theatre-based exploration.

4. Connection Practices

Non-verbal communication, attunement, and trust-building — always based on comfort and consent.

5. Storytelling & Release

Guided prompts, deeper expression, and optional sharing to help process and release emotional heaviness.

6. Reflection Circle

A gentle moment to integrate insights and honour what surfaced.

7. Closing Ritual

Breathwork and grounding to complete the experience.
