What Happens at Thinker’s Social

We begin with a short Alter Ego mindset exercise.

You’ll step out of everyday thinking and into CEO-level ownership thinking.

This sets the tone for the room.

2️⃣ Case Study Lab (20 mins)

Next, we work together on a real-world case study.

Group discussions about the problem and approaching it like leaders.

We'll explore:

• What is the problem identification?

• What would a CEO prioritize first?

• What bold decision would you take?

3️⃣ Thought Leadership Exchange (30 mins)

Participants get 3–5 minutes each to share an idea or insight.

You may talk about:

• a startup or business idea

• an industry insight

• a social problem worth solving

• a career pivot you are exploring

• a contrarian belief you hold

This is not about pitching.

It’s about clarity of thinking and articulation.

4️⃣ Masterclass (15 mins)

Each edition features an industry leader, founder, or expert. (You may opt to be one for the next edition)

They share:

• a practical framework

• real experiences from their field

• an interactive exercise

This segment focuses on real skills that professionals need but rarely learn.

Examples may include:

Yes. Thinker Pass holders may update their topic anytime before the event.

• Do students get to speak?

No. Student / Emerging Leader Pass holders attend as audience members but can participate in the leadership lab and networking.

• What if I’m nervous about speaking?

That’s normal. This space is designed to help you practice in a supportive, structured environment.

• Is networking open to everyone?

Yes. Both pass holders have full access to the networking segment.
