Family Matters is a recurring self-discovery meetup designed to help you unpack, heal, and evolve your relationship with family—across generations, distances, and complexities. Whether it’s navigating generational gaps, caring for aging parents, managing separation or divorce, parenting, or dealing with emotional distance, this space allows you to reflect, find clarity, and grow without guilt. YOU WILL EXPLORE: - The generational scripts shaping your identity - Guilt, duty, and boundaries in family dynamics - Letting go of resentment while staying rooted - Tools for honest conversations and emotional balance - How to love your people without losing yourself FOR YOU IF: You're feeling the push-pull of family—too close, too far, too complicated—and want to reclaim peace, love, and your own story within it. 🔄HOW IT WORKS: This is a recurring weekly meetup. You can start anytime and continue at your own pace. Each session builds on your journey—where you left off. Groups are small for deep sharing. You’ll get weekly prompts, personalized tools from the facilitator, and a safe community to explore your identity shifts over time.

By registering for the Inner Shift: 8-Day Guided Self-Discovery, you agree to the following: ✅ Participation & Conduct This program is a safe and non-judgmental space. Participants are expected to respect confidentiality and treat each other with kindness and empathy. Sharing your personal reflections in the group is completely optional. However, engaging in the group space is encouraged for deeper transformation. The live sessions will be interactive. Please join with your video on when possible to help foster genuine connection. 📩 Communication All program content, prompts, and resources will be shared via WhatsApp and email. Please ensure the WhatsApp number and email provided are active and accessible to you throughout the 8 days. 📅 Timelines The program starts on the mentioned date, and content is delivered daily for 8 consecutive days. Live sessions are scheduled at pre-announced times. If you miss one, recordings will be made available. 💸 Refunds & Transfers Due to the digital and intimate nature of this program, no refunds are issued once a spot is booked. In case of a genuine emergency, you may request a one-time transfer of your spot to a future batch (subject to availability and approval). 👥 Group Size & Selection Only 10 participants are allowed per batch to ensure depth and personal attention. Registrations are first-come-first-serve. If the batch is full, your name will be added to the waitlist for the next one. 🔐 Privacy Your data and responses will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of the program delivery and community support. You will not be added to any public group or promotional list without consent.
