About the experience
Self-love isn’t something that appears overnight.
It begins when we slow down enough to reflect, listen, and rewrite our own story.
The First Love Yourself (FLY) Alter Ego Community Circle is a small-group reflection space where participants explore their life experiences, goals, and patterns through guided online journaling and thoughtful conversations.
Unlike random journaling meetups, these circles follow the Alter Ego 10-step framework — a structured approach designed to help individuals think clearly about their life, decisions, identity, and future.
Each session helps participants pause, reflect, and move forward with more clarity and intention.
How the FLY Circle Works

Work on your own journey

Share your progress
Members openly share insights, progress, and challenges from their journey.
Guided reflection
The Community Leader provides structured journaling prompts and worksheets to help you move forward from where you last left.
Join anytime
There is no fixed cohort or long-term commitment. Attend when it fits your schedule and continue step by step.
Grow with real people
Experience structured growth, flexible participation, and meaningful conversations with others on similar journeys.
Growth doesn’t require stepping away from your life.
The Alter Ego Community Circle helps you reflect, learn, and grow right here within your everyday life.
What the FLY Workshop Really Is (And What It's Not)
This is not a support group where people only vent.
Participants do share their experiences, struggles, and insights — but the goal is not just expression.
The intention is to reflect, understand, and move forward using the Alter Ego framework.
Through guided journaling, thoughtful prompts, and meaningful conversations, participants often discover:
• new perspectives on their life journey
• a clearer understanding of their patterns and choices
• practical steps to move forward with more confidence
At every circle, you share where you are, reflect on your journey, and take the next step forward.
Over time, these small reflections help you grow into the person you are becoming.
