People carry recipes, traditions, and flavours that aren't always found in restaurant menus.

Food carries stories of travelling, discovering a new dish, and making it theirs;

Of recipes passed on from one generation to the next;

Of celebrations and festivals, of jugaad, and innovations;

Of the dishes they would keep at their dream cafe.
