About the experience

About the Workshop

Inside Out: Expression Through Theatre & Movement is a deeply experiential, playful, movement-based workshop designed to help participants explore emotions, identity, and self-expression through movement, voice, and theatre.

It’s about feeling honestly.

Listening to the body.

Letting expression move from inside to outside.

You need zero dance or acting experience.

Just curiosity.

Through theatre tools, somatic awareness, improvisation, and guided reflection, participants are invited to explore how emotions live in the body, and how shifting posture, breath, voice, and movement can transform inner experience.

The workshop unfolds in play mode, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where curiosity leads and perfection is not required.
