Peer Pickleball Tryout: For the Tired but Trying

Not a class. Not a match. Just us. A bunch of peers who’ve been feeling stuck, heavy, or just not ourselves lately... and want to move not to win, but to feel alive again.

Time & Location

16 Nov 2025, 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

Dirty Good, Netaji Nagar, Musical Fountain Park, Block A, Netaji Nagar

About the experience

🌿 What it’s really about:

Maybe you’ve been wanting to lose weight but feel too anxious to start.

Maybe you loved playing as a kid until pressure, comparison, or judgment made you quit.

Maybe you’ve always thought sports were cool — but now, in your 30s, it feels too late.

It’s not.

There’s no “going back.”

But there is going forward. With a little courage, community, and curiosity.

💭 We begin with reflection — Alter Ego style.

Before we step onto the court, we pause to reflect.

Through the Alter Ego framework, we explore:

  • Where our fear of being seen began.

  • What beliefs or conditioning made us give up on play.

  • How shame, pressure, or judgment shaped our relationship with our bodies.

  • And how we can begin to free ourselves — together.

This isn’t heavy therapy.

It's honest, freeing, and fun because reflection doesn’t have to hurt to heal.

🏓 Then we play. Just play.

No coaching. No judgment. No competition.

Just people like you — picking up the paddle for the first time, laughing through missed shots, moving like it’s okay to take up space again.

We move not to be fit, but to be free.

Not to prove anything, but to feel alive in our own skin again.

🤝 Our promise:

  • You can choose to stay completely off-camera — no names, no pictures, no social media mentions.

  • It’s your little safe and secret space.

  • You’ll leave lighter. Maybe not physically yet, but emotionally, definitely.

Peer Pickleball: For the Tired but Trying

Because healing doesn’t always happen in silence.

Sometimes, it happens between laughter, missed serves, and shared stories, on a court full of people just like you,

trying again.
