About the Workshop
Release with Movement & Theatre is an expressive, playful, movement-based self-discovery workshop that helps you gently let go, reset, reconnect, and rediscover the freedom of movement and theatre.
This is not a performance class.
This is a space to breathe, soften, play, and reconnect with the joy of being seen and understood.
You need zero dance or acting experience.
Just curiosity.
