For nearly 50 years, cooking has been a part of Neeta Kukreja's life.

At 66, Neeta ji carries with her decades of experience, countless family meals, cherished recipes, and a deep connection to the culinary traditions of Sindh.

A homemaker and proud mother of three, she spent much of her life creating a warm, loving home for her family — with food often at the heart of it.

Her speciality is authentic Sindhi cuisine: traditional recipes, familiar aromas and flavours that have been cooked, shared and loved across generations.

For Neeta, these dishes aren't simply recipes.

They are memories.

They are family.

They are a little piece of heritage that deserves to be kept alive.

And now, through Riwayat — Flavours of Sindh, Neeta is opening her kitchen and sharing that heritage beyond her own family.
