From exploring the romantic palaces of Udaipur to the rugged landscapes of Jawai and the cultural richness of Jodhpur, participants will have the opportunity to engage in guided self-discovery sessions, icebreakers, and activities.

Day 1: Arrival in Jodhpur– The Blue City

• Morning:

  • Arrive and check into a 4-star hotel (Fern Residency or Govind Bagh Resort)

  • Welcome session: "Setting Intentions for Connection" – An Alter Ego-style workshop to ground participants.

• Afternoon:

  • Lunch at a rooftop café with panoramic views of the blue city.

  • Explore Mehrangarh Fort with group storytelling prompts.

• Evening:

  • "What love means" session – fun conversation starters to break the ice.

  • Workshop: "Extraordinary Intentions: Crafting a Vision for Your Best Self and Relationships"

  • Guided walk through the old city markets.

Day 2: Jawai – The Land of Leopards

• Morning:

  • Travel to Jawai (3.5 hours).

  • Check into a luxury Glamping safari Camp (Seasons Jawai or similar properties)

  • Group breakfast and reflection on "Challenges to our Extraordinary Love”.

• Afternoon:

  • Leopard safari in the wilderness.

  • Group activity: "Breaking Barriers: Redefining Patterns, and Resolving Conflicts"

• Evening:

  • Campfire storytelling: Share your journey, pivotal moments, and lessons learned.

Day 3: Udaipur– City of Lakes

• Morning:

  • Travel to Udaipur(2.5 hours).

  • Check into a beautiful hotel (Trident Udaipur or Parallel Hotel Udaipur)

  • Group session: "The Walls We Build" – Exploring personal boundaries and building meaningful connections.

• Afternoon:

  • Boat ride on Lake Pichola.

  • Casual group lunch overlooking the lake.

• Evening:

  • Dinner at a heritage haveli with cultural performances.

  Day 4 : Departure Morning: Breakfast and final reflections on the hotel's experiences. Depart for the airport/railway station.

What’s Excluded

1. Travel to Udaipur and from Jodhpur:

   • Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to Jodhpur and return from Udaipur(e.g., flights, trains).

2. Meals (Lunch & Dinner):

   • Only breakfast is included; participants are free to explore local dining options for lunch and dinner.

3. Personal Expenses:

   • Snacks, drinks, or additional meals outside the provided breakfast.

   • Shopping, souvenirs, or personal incidentals.

4. Travel Insurance:

   • Participants are encouraged to arrange their own travel insurance for safety.

5. Optional Activities:

   • Any activities outside the planned itinerary (e.g., private excursions or additional safaris).

6. Medical Expenses:

   • Any medical costs or required medications during the trip.

7. Anything not mentioned in the Inclusions.

Cancellations and Refunds

1. Cancellation by Participant

   1. More than 30 days before the retreat start date:

      90% of the total amount will be refunded. (10% is retained as an administrative fee.)

   2. 15–30 days before the retreat start date:

      50% of the total amount will be refunded.

   3. Less than 15 days before the retreat start date:

      No refund will be provided. However, participants may transfer their spot to another individual.

2. Cancellation by Alter Ego Community

   1. In the unlikely event that we cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances:

      Participants will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

   2. Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer their registration to another retreat without any additional charges.

3. No Show Policy

   Participants who do not arrive at the retreat without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Transfer Policy

Participants can transfer their spot to another individual if they cannot attend, provided:

• The request is made at least 7 days before the retreat start date.

• The new participant meets the eligibility criteria for the retreat.
