What's Brewing:
♟ Chess Quick-Play Tournament
A fast-paced, friendly tournament designed for both beginners and casual players.
Format:
Rapid Blitz: 10 minutes per player per game
Knockout rounds OR Swiss pairing (based on number of participants)
Mini-prizes and coffee vouchers for winners and best strategic moves!
The Chess Pledge Ceremony: Together, we pledge to take chess beyond the café—
Donate chess boards to 21 underserved learning centres supported by Alter Ego across NCR.
Conduct volunteer-led chess workshops in the coming weeks
Mentor first-time players and encourage critical thinking through play
