Purpose with a Plan

How does it work?

• We begin with online self reflection and awareness session to find our strengths and purpose.

• All participant are given options to choose roles that align with their goals, like public speaking, healing the inner child, finding purpose, and developing leadership skills

• Choose an NGO based on your desired role and proximity.. Visit the NGO to practice the new skill.

• Review your participation to assess scope of  improvement.  

🌟 Discover Your Alter Ego (45 mins)

• Identify your unique strengths and passions.

• Choose from roles aligning with your goals, whether it's public speaking, teaching, or business strategy.

💼 Tailored Roles for You: (15 mins)

• Engage with slum kids for public speaking and teaching.

• Strategize new centers if you're a budding business leader.

• Hobby and Sports volunteering in slum schools to find and heal the inner child

• Engage with Austistic and differently abled to understand and work for inclusivisity

• Work on skilling projects for women to be your feminist warrior alter ego 

• Build your personal brand by getting involved in social impact projects

• And any other objective that you may have.

🔄 Flexible Participation:

• Plan, run, and support centers based on your availability and purpose of choice among women empowerment, education, hobby volunteering, elderly companionship, environemtn and animals.

• Location and Time will be notified to the partipants accordingly. 

This is program is especially curated for students and budding management leaders. The age limit is 16-26 years
