🎬 What Makes This Different

Tamasha borrows from the language of Bollywood — characters, dialogues, drama, humour — but uses it as a tool for self-exploration, not performance.

You don’t have to be loud.

You don’t have to be funny.

You don’t have to “act well”.

Because

👉 filmy ≠ loud

👉 playful ≠ forced extroversion

Participation is always at your comfort level.

Introverts are welcome. So are the expressive ones.

The focus is on presence, imagination, and ease.

🌙 A Note on the Space

Tamasha is designed as a safe, consent-based, and non-judgmental space.

There is no forced sharing, pairing, or performance.

You choose how much you participate.

The intention is play, not pressure.

🎭 About the Facilitator — Preeti Agarwal Mehta

The experience will be facilitated by Preeti Agarwal Mehta, an actor, theatre practitioner, counselling psychologist, and educator who creates safe, playful spaces for people to connect, express, and embrace themselves better.

Drawing from theatre, movement, and psychology, she facilitates workshops that feel light yet meaningful, where laughter, play, and honest expression come together naturally.

As an actor, she has worked in:

  • Tu Meri Main tera Tu Meri

  • Ghoomer by R. Balki

  • Murder Mubarak (Netflix)

  • TVF’s Aspirants

  • Numerous short films, TV and digital ads

She has been directed by stalwarts like MK Raina and Avijit Dutt, and her recent play Shadowed received rave reviews.

What sets Preeti apart is her ability to read the room.

Rather than following a rigid script, she shapes the experience intuitively, responding to the group’s energy, comfort levels, and emotional readiness. Some moments may feel light and playful, others quietly reflective — always grounded in safety, consent, and ease.

You don’t need to “perform” for Preeti.

She meets people where they are and gently invites them to explore a little more.
