WORKSHOP STRUCTURE:

1. Introduction and Ice-Breaking:

• Introduction
• Brief introduction of the concept of alter ego.

2. Identifying Limiting Beliefs:

• Discussion on common limiting beliefs
• Guided self-reflection to identify personal limiting beliefs.

3. Alter Ego Activation:

• Deep dive into the alter ego concept and its transformative power.
• Guided exercise to create a preliminary alter ego persona and setting goals.

4. Networking Session and Conclusion:

• Facilitated discussion on key takeaways, insights, and initial reflections.
• Overview of the next steps to do to complete the alter ego integration.
• Closing remarks and networking activities to connect with fellow participants.

NOTE:

• Age limit: 16+ years
• To ensure a focused and conducive learning environment, kindly note that no accompanying individuals are allowed during the workshop. In cases where leaving dependents alone is not feasible, please notify the facilitator in advance.
• Any delays will impact on the delivery of the workshop. Arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to settle in and ensure a prompt start.
• All the necessary props, notepad, pen, etc will be provided
