About the experience
Self-love isn’t something that appears overnight.
It begins when we slow down enough to reflect, listen, and rewrite our own story.
First Love Yourself (FLY) is a 2-hour guided journaling workshop where we create space to reflect on our lives, share stories, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves we may have forgotten along the way, in a small cozy group setting, over coffee.
How the FLY Workshop Works
This is a creative journaling and discussion-based experience.
Every participant receives a mini prompted journal designed for this workshop, with prompts that help you reflect on your life, your influences, and the stories that have shaped you.
The session includes:
Guided journaling exercises
Creative exercises to explore identity and imagination
Personal reflection
Group sharing and conversations
Introduction to the tool of alter ego-secret of many high achievers, performers, athletes, and leaders.
