Alter Ego Community Incubator for wantrepreneurs and freelancers help you overcome all emotional, financial, and knowledge gaps and realize your startup dreams!

Together, we create business plans and explore opportunities at these fun weekend meetups, allowing you to pursue your startup dreams without compromising on the stability of your job or weekend leisure. 

MEETUP STRUCTURE: 

1. Introduction and Ice-Breaking (15 mins) 

2. Community Brainstorming: - Status Check (15 mins): Community members share their experiences and learnings from their journeys so far.

3. Business Brainstorming Session (30 mins): One community member, designated in a previous meetup, explains his/her business idea. Together we brainstorm and contribute with our experiences and knowledge to shortlist ideas, convert them into intent, and translate them into action plans.  

4. Master Class (30-minute): Masterclasses on various aspects of business by industry experts like marketing & branding, funding and financial management, operations management, etc.  

5. Alter Ego Training (30 mins): Start or carry forward on your journey of the 10-step Alter Ego Community Framework. The moderator explains the next Alter Ego steps and provides everyone with exercises and tools relevant to the journey of each individual.
